With the intention of creating user-friendly infrastructure that can be used in different places and responds to the need for eco-friendly experiences, we tested a mountable, modular light source consisting of 50 cm and 100 cm lighting components. The lighting and music programming can be adjusted depending on the type of show. The system was originally presented at the 2017 Abierto Mexicano de Diseño. The light modules are installed on a base of water to create the illusion of movement. They can be mounted indoors or outdoors and are designed to be energy efficient.
