La patria en construcción

The Gallery of the Palacio Nacional was inaugurated in 2010 with the temporary exhibition "México 200 Años: La Patria en Construcción," which offered an overview of the history of Mexico.

Using audiovisual resources, the exhibition provided precise and entertaining narration on the historic, social, and national history of Mexico.

The exhibition attracted a large number of visitors who were impacted by an impeccable museography that highlighted the symbolic importance of the collection and exhibits. "México 200 Años: La Patria en Construcción” was one of the most ambitious museum projects of the last few decades.
