“Luz e Imaginación” is a 2016 exhibition created for the Museo de la Ciudad de México, a museum dedicated to artists that have used their work to portray their unique vision of Mexico City throughout the years.
Using different mediums and techniques, visitors journeyed through an exhibition that focused on the transformation of Mexico City, from its origins to its current reality to its possible futures. Light, in various different forms, was the shared language of the exhibition. Original audiovisual pieces were created for the exhibition, and artists were commissioned to add their works to the piece.
Over the course of three months, “Luz e Imaginación” was recognized as a novel and immersive experience that encouraged visitors to re-discover their city.
