Donají

Proyecta Oaxaca is a cutting-edge event that seeks to support the exploration of the cultural and creative capital of the State of Oaxaca. Conceived of as a series of activities, the event seeks to promote the development and consolidation of creative industries and local citizen initiatives.

With this in mind, Cocolab created “Donají,” an audiovisual show that narrates one of the most popular Oaxacan legends. Using a light structure that represents iconic symbols from the legend, the show sought to engage people in an immersive experience to spark creative inspiration.

This show established itself as a point of reference in terms of generating new formats and products, while also encouraging emerging creators and helping to promote and legitimize the State of Oaxaca as a place for collaboration, dialogue, and creativity.
